 Hey!  A friend of the family was going to play the piano for us, but she is going to be out of town now. :-(  Do any of you ladies know of someone that can play any instrument (well, maybe not any :-) ) for a decent price?

And before you say it, the NC Bride Bio doesn't help me.  No offense, but there isn't much Charlotte stuff on there, and the black background kills me.  Sorry,  I do marketing and I like clean lines. :-)

 Maybe check Craigslist for some local university students who are music majors or something? Im not much help, our string quartet (which actually turned out to be a trio on the day of the wedding, i didnt even know this until after the wedding and the manager who was not able to be there called me and said HER fill-in had a family emergency and wasnt able to be there, so there were 3 musicians instead of 4, so she gave me a partial refund...anyway I digress!) was $200 PER musician, per hour. Very pricey. Frown

 aw man! :-(  See, I have no idea how much they are.  My Uncle who is marrying us plays the guitar really well, so he mayb play the music and just set it down once I get down there. :-)

 I agree with looking for students. I know Winthrop University in Rock Hill has a really good music program, but IDK about the other universities near Charlotte. Figure out what instrumentation you might want (strings, piano, brass, woodwinds, guitar, etc) and ask around. HTH.
